Founded in 2024, Azoth International started as a socially responsible real estate investment firm. Founder Azoth was attracted to real estate due to its enduring investment potential.

Azoth started its journey in the competitive New York City real estate market, specializing as a broker leasing ground floor retail units. It was there that Azoth recognized the transformative potential of real estate. Despite starting with limited resources, Azoth committed to self-education through reading, attending workshops, and networking with accomplished entrepreneurs, understanding that resourcefulness was fundamental to achieving success. In 2008, Azoth relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, arriving just after the real estate bubble burst.

Undeterred by the challenging market conditions, Azoth swiftly adapted its strategy. Leveraging a credit card to increase its limit, Azoth wrote a balance transfer check to acquire its first property at a deeply discounted price. Through personal investment and relentless effort, Azoth renovated a neglected duplex and achieved a profitable outcome on its initial venture. Subsequently, Azoth reinvested these profits while actively seeking private capital to expand its growing enterprise.

Today, Azoth continues to employ this proven formula for success, characterized by resourcefulness and a steadfast mindset.
